Directions to HSBC Arena

From the South, East, and West from Interstate 90 (Thruway) to exit 53, which is the I-190 North.

You may exit at either of two exits:
Exit 5 (Hamburg Street)
At the exit, turn right onto Hamburg Street.
Turn right onto Perry Street (1st light).
The HSBC Arena is straight ahead.

Alternative Route:
Exit 6 (Elm Street)
As you exit the 190, bear right to the ramp.
Turn right onto Seneca Street.
Take Michigan Street over the bridge.
HSBC Arena will be to your right.

HSBC Arena Parking

Parking is available along Perry, Washington & Swan streets.
Costs for parking range from $5 - $12. Please note that some lots do not accept Canadian dollars.
Bus Parking is available in the lot on Perry and Michigan for $25, or in the FREE lot on Exchange Street (10 minute walk to arena).

Wheelchair Entrances
For the convenience of our patrons who use wheelchairs, all entrances in the HSBC Arena are wheelchair accessible.

Seating - Wheelchair Accessible
Wheelchair accessible seats are available on all Levels of the HSBC Arena.
Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands.

Service Animals
Service animals are welcomed at HSBC Arena. Please notify your ticket administrator at the time of purchase so that you may reserve an aisle seat if available.
